We are bringing back the Mystery Box Challenge Virtually this year!
Purchase your mystery box for $13 and create a dish that highlights the 5 ingredients. You may work by yourself or with members of the same household.
All you have to do is send in a short video of your dish explaining how you highlighted the 5 mystery ingredients. You may use items from your pantry such as spices, oils and condiments. You may also have a taste tester tasting your dish.
Videos can be submitted through the wetransfer.com website. We will upload all videos to our Facebook page and our followers will be the judges! Judging will be based on creativity and plating. The most likes will win a $100 gift certificate from any business within the Municipality of Tweed.
Deadline to place your order is May 12th. Pickup will be May 20th from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm at the Municipal Office. Videos must be submitted by midnight May 24th. Videos will be posted for judging May 25th.
Order through eventbrite or by sending a e-transfer to info@tweed.ca. If paying by e-transfer be sure to include Kitchen Showdown and your name in the comment section.
