Join the Tweed& Area Arts Council for the Ontario Festival of Small Halls’ special Hall-iday Show Series: Deck the Halls!  On Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019, Royal Wood will perform his holiday show at the Marble Arts Centre in Tweed. Since learning to play piano by ear at age four, Royal Wood has lived a life fueled by a love for music and inspired by the events of his own life, both joyous and tragic. His latest album, ‘Ever After the Farewell’ is not only deeply inspired by both loss and love, but is an ode to the classic styles of both Tin Pan Alley and Laurel Canyon. ***There is also a community event in the works at Quinn's of Tweed Fine Art Gallery before the Royal Wood show at the Marble Arts Centre. Quinn’s of Tweed is inviting ticket holders to a pre-show private event to kick off the show on Saturday, Nov. 30. Drop into this gorgeous 150-year old building at 345 Victoria St. N. in Tweed any time between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to see many historical and contemporary works of art. Light refreshments will be served.
