Celebrating food less Travelled
Delicious scents from gourmet dishes filled the air at Tweed's waterfront park over the weekend.
The municipality’s signature foodie event attracted visitors to partake in 'food-less-travelled,’ as it was billed. For the fourth year, Tweed's Feast From Farm was yet another sweet success.

Fire Hydrant Flushing
Ontario Clean Water Agency will be carrying out a fire hydrant flushing program in the Village of Tweed over the next two weeks. In order to complete this program, the west side of the Village will be completed the first week and the east side of the village will be completed the second week. Hours of flushing will be between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Tweed Public Boat Launch
The Municipality of Tweed wishes to advise local residents and boaters that access to the Tweed Public Boat Launch located at 123 River Street East will be closed from Wednesday, October 11, 2017 until approximately Friday, November 24, 2017. The closure of the boat launch is necessary to conduct work related to the Canada 150th Infrastructure Fund Improvement to the Tweed Public
